Workshops
I enjoy running workshops on topics including gender, sexuality, theory, philosophy, and the practice of therapy. My audience is generally other practitioners, either in private practice or in nonprofit organizations.
I also facilitate group meditation and somatic workshops for the general public.
My offerings usually incorporate experiential elements, allowing participants to learn by doing. Past presentations and workshops include:
Gender Exploration as Existential Practice – an introduction to gender development including theory and experiential art therapy practice
Existential and spiritual concerns for atheist clients and clinicians
Meditation for Queer Liberation – a multi-day workshop incorporating meditations, visualizations, art, writing exercises, and group discussion
Spiritually-integrated EMDR resourcing
